Tornado Warning for Walton County

The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a tornado warning for Walton County, Georgia. The warning is in effect until 9:00 PM EDT. The NWS advises residents to take shelter immediately and stay away from windows. The NWS has also issued a tornado watch for the following counties: - Dekalb County - Gwinnett County - Rockdale County - Henry County - Newton County - Jasper County - Butts County - Pike County Residents in these counties should be prepared to take shelter if a tornado warning is issued.
