Cruiserweight boxing match ends with 6th-round TKO
Another MMA star falls to the YouTuber-turned-boxer
Jake Paul registered another KO victory on Saturday night at the Amelie Arena in Tampa Florida. Paul, now 10-1, defeated Mike Perry, 0-2, via sixth-round TKO in a cruiserweight boxing match. The prelims started at 7 pm, and the PPV card started at 9 pm ET.
Perry, a bare-knuckle boxing star, was making his professional boxing debut. He was unable to match Paul's power and speed, and he was knocked down twice before the referee stopped the fight in the sixth round.
This is Paul's second victory over an MMA fighter. He previously defeated Ben Askren in April 2021. Paul has said that he wants to continue to fight MMA fighters, and he has called out Jorge Masvidal and Nate Diaz.
Perry took place July 20 at the Amalie Arena in Tampa Fla Jake Paul 10-1 and Mike Perry 0-2 squared off in the the main event.
